Mrs. Badino's science classes spent the day experimenting with air pressure. Students and some teachers took turns climbing in a bag and then having the air drawn out with a vacuum. Students had learned that when the air inside something is taken out, the pressure from the outside air weighs down with approximately 14.5 pounds of pressure per square inch.
Dr. Sparks took her turn as well.
